| Customer Reviews: A great tool to discover your priorities! September 24, 1999 11 out of 11 found this review helpful
This is a thought-provoking book that helps us understand what it means to simplify. I sat down with a friend and we went through a series of questions. Both of us were interested in simplifying our lives and this book enabled us to define exactly what that meant. Not only that... the questions were creative, challenging and fun to go through... that made it even better!
Challenging, but that is what is needed today! September 23, 1999 revchuck@datasync.com (Mississippi) 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
Jerry Jones has written and edited many things in his days, but the "201 Questions" series is perhaps the best. In an age of rampant consumerism, when we seem to race one another to see who will die with the most toys, Jerry's questions whittle us down to what really matters. The next time you decide to tackle the attic-or the basement-or the garage-or the guest room closet-or, perish the thought, your checkbook-have Jerry's "Simplify Your Life" read beforehand. You'll come out of the experience a far richer person, in greatly simple ways!
Ehh... not so great September 2, 2003 3 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is a book of questions like "Think back to how your grandparents lived. What were the advantages of their livestyle over your lifestyle?" I found the questions and the book somewhat useless.
